Looking to get ready for a race or competition? Want to finally get that strict pull-up? Stalled out on a lift for several weeks? This option is great for someone who wants to address some weaknesses, put in some extra work to achieve a specific goal, or work on improving a skill or movement. This option is available for both members and non-members.

Includes:

  • 20 minute consultation and assessment
  • One week of testing plus 4 weeks of programming
  • Accessory work for 2-3 days per week
  • 1 Drop In session per week

Complete Program Design – $200 per month (Requires 3 month commitment)

Have a specific goal or a hectic schedule? Want a program specifically designed for you? This option is great for the experienced athlete who has a busy schedule that doesn’t allow them to be consistent with our classes, or knows what they want to achieve and is ready to put in the work to get there. A program designed for YOU, with YOUR goals, YOUR weaknesses, YOUR strengths, and YOUR schedule in mind.

  • Program Design for 4-6 days per week
  • One week of testing plus 12 weeks of programming
  • Includes a 1 hour consultation and assessment
  • Includes access to the BBS facility during open gym and slower class times.

Pilates- props & tower- This class will feature Pilates essential & intermediate matwork and cadillac exercises. To accompany the workout, props including balls, bands, fitness circles, or tower apparatus may be used! *Previous experience, Private sessions, or Orientation must be completed before attending this class.

This class adds some intermediate Pilates exercises to the mix of a group reformer class. It is appropriate for students who possess a clear understanding and ability of the Pilates principles, in addition to strength, endurance, coordination necessary to be successful in the workout.

*Please note that our instructors reserve the right to suggest you continue with the Essential level if they feel that more appropriate.

This class may feature the reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrels. It is appropriate for clients and students who have taken private lessons, Pilates orientation, and learned the basic repertoire and equipment. This class will also help students keep their foundational strength and skills solid.

This class is designed for clients and students who have been taking Pilates matwork and have had an orientation to the reformer through private lessons or a group orientation. The class will focus on the basic principles and feature exercises in the essential repertoire. A great class to maintain ones foundational strength and skills.

This class will give you something to jump about! Get pumped up with this fun and challenging workout on the Reformer. Increase intensity and challenge coordination and cardiovascular fitness using more complex Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder or Jumpboard intervals while ensuring safety and proper technique. Incorporate strengthening exercises for upper and lower body as well as the all-important core. Designed for Intermediate to Advanced level clients, this rebounding workout, delivers all-over fitness while easily motivating and maintaining interest.

An easy to follow workout for any level. Perfect for those who are new to Pilates, those in need of a refresher, or if you're just trying to improve. A multifaceted, high intensity strength and conditioning program that has been proven to produce elite fitness in its participants, no matter what their age or gender. This is done by constantly varying the exercises performed, equipment used, and the length of the workouts. Because of this variance, our workouts are never boring and always challenging.

FitCamp is a scaled version of CrossFit. It is a great program providing strength and cardiovascular training using bodyweight exercises and light equipment. The only olympic lifts you'll find here are done with a dumbbell or kettlebell. This workout is perfect for anyone looking to get fit, increase strength, and feel better. Modifications are made to accommodate each individuals' needs.

This is a great opportunity to work with a certified coach that will help you and guide you to success!

This is a 1-hour, semi-private class designed for women to learn how to lift weights in a fun & supportive environment. Strength training has numerous benefits for women including: increased bone density, improved fat loss, improved joint health & function, injury prevention, increased confidence, improved balance and coordination, and many more!

This class will focus on mastering the basics and perfecting technique. We want to build you up, not burn you out! You will learn to perform barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight exercises in a setting where your coach can see each and every rep. Each class will build on the previous one so you can make steady progress every week.

Lastly, since nutrition plays such an important role in strength building, there will be nutritional guidance and coaching incorporated into the sessions too!
