Pilates Combo- Pilates & Strength

Pilates- props & tower- This class will feature Pilates essential & intermediate matwork and cadillac exercises. To accompany the workout, props including balls, bands, fitness circles, or tower apparatus may be used! The tower includes springs, roll down bar, push through bar and more. You won't be disappointed in this full body strength and mobility workout. *Previous experience, Private sessions, or Orientation must be completed before attending this class.
