Terms and conditions for Monthly AutoPay Membership

You are locked in for a 6 month period. After 6 months required payments, you are able to cancel with 1 months written notice to manager. Sessions are booked like a private session. Each client is responsible for their attendance at each session. Failure to cancel more than 24hrs ahead will result in a $25 fee. Schedule can be checked on Pike13 weekly. 24hr email reminders are sent ahead of each appointment.
