This class will discuss how to develop the strength for a specific skill seen in many CrossFit classes. Each course will feature 1-3 skills such as pistol squats, handstands, pull-ups, kipping exercises, toes 2 bar, double unders, or others. Please check our FaceBook Events tab for specific descriptions of skills covered for this date.
